With the integration of eTrusted, automated customer experience feedback was collected from our customer. Together with (currently) 21 specialist partners, customer feedback is requested at the touchpoints "purchase" and "service/repair service".
The feedback collected is used to optimise processes. In addition, the opportunity has been created for specialist partners to provide feedback on a regular basis and on various topics, such as training (Partner Experience Feedback).
In this way, the manufacturer can additionally optimise sales and service quality.

Through reputation management, also supported by the eTrusted Reputation Manager, the online reputation of the individual specialist partners (also on Google) could be optimised.
The improved reputation supports the acquisition of new customers.
